Last night the twilight countdown came to an end. I have been anxiously awaiting this huge premier. We started out the night with a Twilight club. We had so much fun. We played Twilight Trivia, and I knew every answer. This could have something to do with the fact that I have been online everyday this week watching every trailer and interview made. I also read Midnight sun which as you all know has even more detail. I could seriously lock myself in my bedroom for a week and do nothing but read. fortunately I have just enough self control to not allow this, at least not a full week :( After the movie I did not know what to think. I liked it allot, I knew it was not possible to even come close to the book, so with that in mind, I did not set high expectations. But for some reason I am feeling disappointment. I don't really know why, I liked the movie, maybe it's because it's over and now what am I going to look forward to? I am curious to hear everyone else's take on the movie, most everyone at club loved it!

Speaking of looking forward, all I hear are Christmas commercials, and shopping ideas. Honestly I have no desire to even think about starting a list. I know several people who are 90% done, and seriously I don't even want to think about putting up a tree. Maybe it has something to do with the weather, It's 60 degrees outside. (which I love). Maybe after Thanksgiving I will be a little more festive.

I was just watching out my window with a huge smile on my face. Today is my neighbors b-day. His party starts in about a half hour, and he is outside on the front lawn just bursting with excitement. He is pacing the sidewalk, jumping across the lawn, even doing some kind of a little dance as he keeps watching the cars pass hoping one of them will be stopping at his house. Why is it that adults don't show their excitement like children. I think it might actually be fun to run around the neighborhood jumping and dancing. However I would probably end up in the nut house, after someone called me in for running around the streets like a crazy woman.

Keeter with her best friend Abbie at dance competition. These two have so much fun.
They only come as a pair. You won't see one without the other, and when we do finally separate them, they are on the phone or the computer still talking and laughing.

CONGRATS N.S. WOLVES

MAKING HISTORY...the first time EVER in the history of North Sevier we make it to the finals. The Wolves are up against the Kanab Cowboys The #1 ranked team. This is not a first for the Cowboys. They have taken state and made it to the finals several times. The game was at Timp View High School in Provo and I think 90% of Salina was there The stands were packed, everyone in Blue and Crimson. The team had great support starting with a team send off at 9:00 a.m. A tail gate party in Provo at 1:00. And kick off at 2:00. The first quarter we are unsuccessful in even coming close to scoring. The Cowboys have scored twice, the wolves are making some mistakes, and the tension is starting to become uncomfortable. It's now half time and there is no change. The cheerleaders and the fans are trying our best to put the spirit back into our team. Then half time ends and we come back with a VENGEANCE! Our first touch down is made in less than 30 seconds with the extra point good. The second touch down follows right after with another successful extra point. This puts us in the lead and we DOMINATE from this point on. We have an awesome interception, another touchdown and that's how it's done. It was AWESOME!!! I am so proud of our boys they played hard and worked hard all season and it paid off. This was an amazing experience for our boys. CONGRATS WOLVES!!!

STATE CHAMPS!!!!

Just rambling

It has been a while since I updated and I figured it was time. Here a quick review of the past couple of weeks. The month started out with my birthday (YUCK) and I swear I already have more gray hairs :( The good thing was my sisters came down, this was the best present, I love a house full of Squires girls. We missed Shauna stuck in North Carolina. We actually miss them everyday and can't wait for them to move back to Utah. The Following day I came down with a stupid chest cold, that I still have! It is ridiculous and it is kicking my butt. I don't want to do anything. I have no strength, by the time my long day of teaching ended yesterday I could barely move. The good news was I found just enough energy to spot all my students for 8 long hours, I am paying for it today. The kids are busy as usual. Landon has spent every night on the computer trying to design motorcycle graphics. He has his last football game on Saturday. The good news is they are playing for state. This is huge for us because our team/school has never played for the championships, usually never making it to the playoffs. It is very exciting. Keeter and mason are busy with their everyday activities also. But these two have found a new activity. This activity involves allot of yelling and sometimes hitting. They are at each others throats 24\7. I Really miss summer. And Finally Jax the little man. I love this kid he is so much fun. He entertains everyone. I know, I know, you are all thinking of how miserable and mean I was when I found out I was pregnant with my FOURTH.... but I am so glad we have him. He is the best baby ever! Well that's it I wish the football players the best of luck, and I will definitely post the final score.

Strength and Balance

We were having a test on strength and balance at our house tonight. This was so funny...You will notice in this video, that Keeter makes this look REALLY easy. However it is not! You usually need a spot to lift you in the air and then you catch your balance and hold it. Kevin told Keaten to jump and lift herself and then hold and balance on his hands... she tried it once and nailed it. It was pretty funny!

Our Vacation

Sad to say but we had to come back to reality :(
We had a blast. Our vacation was AMAZING!!! Hawaii is beautiful. I knew it would be, but to see it in person is unbelievable. We took the road to Hana which was a full day trip. We hiked up a thick mountain trail which led us to a 450 foot waterfall it was so pretty. We went snorkeling (I loved this) Kevin not so much but he did his best. We went para sailing 800 feet up in the sky, it's quiet that high up. We went deep sea fishing and caught a total of four Mahi Mahi's about 30 to 35 pounds and one little tuna. Kevin caught the tuna it was hilarious even funnier was that we used it to bait my hook! By the way this was hard work, I thought that fish was going to take me in the ocean with it!! Fishing was fun except for getting sick. Poor Starli she was sick the entire time... I did not get sick until after we stopped and fished. We were relieved when two other guys started throwing up with us. Kevin and Joby were the only two who didn't get sick, and of course they say it was all in our head... whatever! We also went to an awesome luau I loved this!!! It was probably on of my most favorite activities. We also went hiking, and we had two different days to just play on the beach. Kevin and Joby tried surfing, we decided this is definitely harder than it looks. We has so much fun, but I have to admit by the end of the week, I was really missing my kids!

My mom stayed at my house with my kids and they did great! However I think I need to send her on vacation now. She was exhausted... but she called me the night we got home and said she was already missing her kids :)

I can't wait until the day comes for us to go back with our kids.

Also a HUGE thanks to my Mom, Alesha, Natalie, Heather T. Bree, and Tawnie. Thanks a ton for covering for me all week!! Also Kevin for this amazing surprise, and of course Joby and Starli you guys are all great!
