Descisions

Well we are half way though the week and looking forward to a long weekend! I received an interesting phone call yesterday, and have debated about even mentioning it. Debating because I do not think it will turn out to be much, and because when you all read this you are going to call me and ask me if I have lost my mind!!! Oh well like I said I don't think it is anything to worry about. However we are showing our house on Saturday morning. The interested buyers are more than qualified I am not concerned about that. I am concerned about the taxes, fees, etc. We have not been in this house for two years so there will be at least 15% in taxes (capital gains) we would have to pay. Which means we would have to raise the price to compensate the sale. I don't see that happening, however we did tell them this concern and they said they wanted to look at it Saturday morning. If their interested we told them to make an offer. So I guess we will see. I do have a MANDATORY rule this time. We must have a rental. Mentally I have not got over the sell of my last house, and two years building this one. However this time or next time rules will apply!! Enough of all that let's change the subject. Yesterday I was reading my sisters blog, and looking at pictures of her beautiful girls, and I realized how much I miss them. They look like they are doing great. One more funny thing. Keaten and Mason decided to have a lemonade stand after school. So they sat up shop on the front lawn by the road, they only lasted about 45 minutes they were done when I got home. The odd thing is they made $9.50 on punch that wasn't even cold! Keaten said she forgot the ice!!! I asked her how much they were charging and she said $1.00 for the small Dixie cups, and $2.00 for the big ones. Holy crap Koolaid cost .25 a packet....... she may do well in RETAIL!!

Definitely a Monday..... I hate Mondays and today is nothing short of stressful. However our weekend was good. We just stayed home and caught up on yard work and cleaning. The football team won their first game the score was 35 to zip they did great. Landon did not get to play, the other school did not have a JV team so they only played Varsity, but we still had a good time. Keeter had dance auditions on Saturday, this was for team placement. She thinks she did good! We took Mason and Meisha to the skate park on Sunday and later the Boys rode their dirt bikes. Jaxon went through the house pointing and grunting at whatever he wanted, and of course without speaking a word he was given what he was reaching for. He has everyone trained well!! He also enjoyed sharing his meals with Lilly. I'm starting to notice the dog may be eating better than the baby........Jaxon loves to feed her. Well there's the weekend update kind of boring but oh well.

Yeah it's Friday!! We made it through the first week of school it actually feels like we never left! I started reading Twilight again but this time I am reading it out loud to Kevin it is Hilarious. He kept asking me what it was about, his curiosity of my obsession over these books were driving him crazy. So I offered to read them to him (yes he can read) but he never takes the time to do it. So I gave him a few rules, he can't ask questions, and he can't make sly comments..... knowing Kevin's personality I knew he would. Much to my surprise he is really enjoying it. When he got home last night it was about 9:00 and he started forming cement outside, when I went out to talkt to him, he said ''don't go to bed we have reading to do'' It was pretty funny.
Tonight is Landon's first Football game, he is pretty excited. We have tryouts for dance tomorrow and I am trying to squeeze in an ATV class for the kids as well. We'll see how it all goes. I also have club tomorrow night, I know your all dying to hear that, but it is at Lisa Silva's house and her husband is cooking!! (EL-MEXICANO) Yeah!! Well I hope everyone has a great weekend...

My little dancers!

Gotta Love Mornings!

As you know school started this week, I love the excitement of the first day and week. However ours was short lived. Today was day three and it felt like day three hundred! As usual Keeter popped out of bed like a jack in a box ready to start her day. But the boys were a whole different story. (less than excited) Mason moped all morning wrapped in his silk blanket begging me for the hair dryer to blow warm air under the blanket. The longer It went on the madder I was getting. Landon was just moody and mean to everyone, and Jax went from the kitchen to both bathrooms unloading every drawer on his way. He also made a quick stop at lilly dog dish and dumped out all of her food and water. Somehow we managed to clean up most of it in a rush and head out the door. Mason still had tears in his eyes when he left. Keeter was rolling her eyes at Mason acting like a baby, and Landon was sitting in my car with the music cranked. Apparently my car has great bass (so he says). I ran like a mad woman and somehow made it to work by 8:06...........did I mention I love mornings?

Getting Started

Thanks to a big push from a great friend, I am trying to get my blog started. I can see I am going to need some help, and I am learning that this may become a little addicting. But since I have finished the twilight series, I have needed a new obsession! So where do I start? Oh of course my kids.....

Landon has his first football game Friday He is kicking and playing wide receiver. He hopes to be kicking for Varsity as well. I'm guessing that all depends on the JV game. He has had a pretty busy summer, mowing lawns and working with his dad. Somehow he managed some play time too.

Keeter is always on the move, she does not sit still for a second. I am very fortunate to have her, she helps me tons!! she is the second mom at our house. She LOVES LOVES dance and her instructor. She is also a great gymnast, and often requests for a new coach!

Mason is my little buddy he has always been a momma's boy. He loves playing with Braxton and working on jumps and tricks for the pedal malisha. (this is a big deal) lol. He started second grade and was excited that he shares his name with his teacher!

Jaxon the little man... He is just fun! what more can I say - he too is a momma's boy and he LOVES Landon. Mostly he loves Landon's dirt bike, he stands by the door making the sounds of a bike until Landon takes him for a ride. I guess it runs in the family.

Well there is a quick run down of what is happening at our house.
